Albert E. Sabroff
Chairman & Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Transportation Services, Inc.
As Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Transportation Services, Inc., Dr. A. E. Sabroff directs all financial and strategic planning activities.
Dr. Sabroff graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in 1955, Master of Science (MS) degree in 1956, and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 1961. All degrees majored in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Sabroff graduated from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1968.
Dr. Sabroff started his professional career at the General Motors AC Spark Plug Division in Milwaukee, Wisconsin working on the Thor and Titan Ballistic Missile Inertial Guidance Systems.
In 1961 Dr. Sabroff joined Space Technology Laboratories (STL) in Redondo Beach, California. STL was later incorporated into TRW, Inc., the latter being acquired by Northrop Grumman Corporation after Dr. Sabroff’s retirement in 1990. At TRW Dr. Sabroff worked on and led a number of space programs for the Department of Defense (DOD) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). He retired as Vice President of TRW’s Federal Systems Division in 1990.
Since his retirement, Dr. Sabroff has assisted his wife Jonna in the preparation of the initial Business Plan for formation of Integrated Transportation Services Inc. (ITS) and subsequent updates for each of the corporate acquisitions leading to developing the foundation for the current ITS infrastructure. Dr. Sabroff currently is responsible for all accounting and financial activities within ITS and is Chairman of the Board .
