Exposition Park  hosts a wide range of educational cultural activities and entertainment. It also boasts a collection of world class museums one of the many places to include in your L.A. travel.

The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County

ITS may not be able to actually time travel, but they can take you back in the far reaches of time with a visit to see the dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. This truly fascinating institution began in 1913 as the Museum of History, Science, and Art. You will recognize distinctive main building (which is on the National Register of Historic Places) and its rotunda, from many television shows, advertisements, commercials, and movies. 4.5 billion years of history are represented in nearly 35 million specimens and artifacts, including a beautiful gem and mineral gallery, for that extra glamour. Even if you are on a Los Angeles Theme Tour or L.A. City Tour, this magnificent museum is worth a stop on your itinerary.

California Science Center

Let ITS bring you and your party to what Forbes.com calls Southern California’s “most popular museum destination”, The California Science Center. With over 18 million visitors since its opening in 1998, the museum is admission-free and has over 400,000 square feet of galleries offering changing and permanent exhibits. Biology, Technology, Space are explored. The Ecosystems space features hands-on science exhibits in multiple environments that surround your senses – truly unique. Explore a living kelp forest or the urban ecology of Los Angeles or a desert flash flood, before I.T.S comfortably and easily transports you to your next destination.

California African American Museum

ITS customized L.A. Tour, or Excursion, to the California African American Museum (CAAM) is another opportunity to experience a true ‘Crossroads of Los Angeles’ moment. Chartered in 1977, formal operations started in 1981 in temporary quarters at the California Museum of Science and Industry (currently the California Science Center). The 44,000 square foot facility was designed by African American architects, Jack Haywood and the late Vince Proby, and opened its doors to the public during the Olympic Games of July 1984. CAAM features a 14,000 square foot Sculpture Court, is renowned for its soaring entry and many galleries for their exciting exhibits. Let our professional chauffeurs transport you in comfort and style, whether to a meeting or event, or as an enriching visit to the California African American Museum.
