Dear Sir/Madam, 

First of all let us introduce ourselves, we are Walter Mendez and Jorge Sancho, owners of ATP International, a business specialized in the organization of Professional Congresses and Meetings Planning, based in San Jose, Costa Rica, which also serves the Latin American market.

We have recently participated in a familiarization trip in Los Angeles, California, where we had the opportunity to learn about the business services provided by I.T.S. (Integrated Transportation Services, Inc.) a company focused in providing luxury private transportation services, and Destinations LA Tours, I.T.S. tour service that offers personalize tour's like our shopping tour. 

Our hostess, Ms. Valerie Garcia really showed us a different way of transportation within the city, but especially, how to shop goods of high quality with excellent price rates.  Honestly the service received by Ms. Garcia was spectacular and very professional;  definitely our next shopping tour shall have Ms. Garcia's assistance especially in a city as beautiful and glamorous as LA.  We felt compelled and confident to share with everybody, who cares to listen, what a wonderful experience it was.

We are of those people who alerts others, when we encounter an owner, collaborator or front-line worker who's gone above and beyond their duty by being especially kind or helpful.  What was most amazing about the service we received from I.T.S. was that the entire staff exhibited this type of caring approach to their job.  Each seemed to be hand-picked for their warm qualities, and it's clear that this tone and behavior begins with our hostess, Valerie.

We must say with all honesty, that we have never received a more enjoyable customer service, than the service received from the warm folks of I.T.S., meanwhile we explored the good shopping alternative at Los Angeles City.
